Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or registering for any services provided by this API Dashboard ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the Service provider.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity.

2. Description of Service

This Service provides access to various Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), including but not limited to:

• Currency exchange rate data and related financial information
• Holiday and calendar data
• Regional and geographic data
• Other data services as may be made available from time to time

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

We continuously strive to keep our data accurate, current, and reliable. Because we aggregate multiple sources and operate live systems, there may still be rare gaps or differences.

• We curate third-party sources thoughtfully, yet source changes or outages can affect freshness.
• Update cadences may shift during maintenance or provider-side adjustments.
• Historical and real-time feeds may sometimes contain gaps or temporary differences.
• If you spot an issue, please let us know so we can investigate and improve quickly.

Our goal is to keep improving accuracy and transparency.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Liability for Data Issues

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or data
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on our data
• Trading losses, investment losses, or currency conversion losses
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data
• Delays in data updates or service unavailability
• Decisions made based on our data or services

4.2 Maximum Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

4.3 Financial Use Disclaimer

IF YOU USE OUR SERVICE FOR FINANCIAL, TRADING, INVESTMENT, OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• You do so at your own risk
• We are not a financial advisor, broker, or trading platform
• Our data should not be the sole basis for any financial decision
• You should independently verify all data before making any financial decisions
• You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on our data
• We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of our Service

5. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranties that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API keys. You agree to:

• Keep your credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account

6.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service in excess of reasonable usage limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our express written permission
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

6.3 Prohibited Activities - Data Theft and Misuse

You expressly agree that you will NOT, under any circumstances:

• Steal, misappropriate, or unlawfully obtain any data, information, or content from our Service, including but not limited to:
  • Unauthorized scraping, harvesting, or extraction of data beyond your authorized usage limits
  • Accessing or attempting to access data, APIs, or systems without proper authorization
  • Bypassing security measures, authentication systems, or access controls
  • Using stolen credentials, compromised accounts, or unauthorized API keys
• Misuse, abuse, or exploit any data obtained from our Service, including but not limited to:
  • Using data in violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  • Redistributing, reselling, or sharing data without our express written permission
  • Using data to harm, defraud, or deceive third parties
  • Using data for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Create, develop, or operate competing applications or services that:
  • Use, incorporate, or are based on data obtained from our Service
  • Replicate, mimic, or substantially copy the functionality, features, or services provided by our Service
  • Compete directly with our Service using data or information obtained from our Service
  • Use our data to build alternative or competing API services, platforms, or applications
• Reverse engineer or decompile our Service, APIs, or systems to:
  • Extract proprietary algorithms, business logic, or technical implementations
  • Create competing or derivative services
  • Bypass security measures or access controls

6.4 Criminal Liability and Legal Consequences

• Computer Crime (UU ITE Article 30-36): Unauthorized access to electronic systems, unauthorized data extraction, and computer-related fraud may result in criminal penalties including imprisonment and fines
• Criminal Law (KUHP): Theft, fraud, and other criminal offenses related to data theft or misuse may result in criminal prosecution
• Intellectual Property Law: Violation of intellectual property rights, including copyright and trade secret violations, may result in both civil and criminal liability
• Data Protection Law: Unauthorized access, processing, or misuse of data may violate data protection regulations and result in criminal penalties

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We reserve the right to report any suspected criminal activity to law enforcement authorities
• We will fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations and legal proceedings
• Criminal prosecution may be pursued independently of any civil remedies or contractual remedies available to us
• You may be subject to criminal penalties, including but not limited to:
  • Imprisonment as provided by applicable criminal laws
  • Criminal fines and monetary penalties
  • Criminal records and legal consequences
  • Asset forfeiture or seizure
• In addition to criminal liability, you may also be subject to:
  • Civil liability and monetary damages
  • Injunctive relief and court orders
  • Account termination and service bans
  • Reimbursement of all costs, expenses, and legal fees

6.5 Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor usage of our Service to detect and prevent prohibited activities. We reserve the right to:

• Monitor, log, and analyze all API usage, access patterns, and data requests
• Use automated systems and manual review to detect suspicious or prohibited activities
• Immediately suspend or terminate accounts suspected of prohibited activities
• Preserve evidence of prohibited activities for law enforcement and legal proceedings
• Report suspected criminal activity to law enforcement authorities without prior notice
• Pursue all available legal remedies, both civil and criminal, against violators

6.6 Data Verification

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of all data obtained through our Service
• Using data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or authorizations required for your use of the data
• Maintaining appropriate backup and verification systems

7. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of our APIs is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions as may be established from time to time. We reserve the right to:

• Modify rate limits at any time with or without notice
• Suspend or terminate your access if you exceed reasonable usage limits
• Implement usage monitoring and throttling measures
• Charge fees for excessive usage at our discretion

You agree to comply with all rate limits and usage restrictions. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

8. Payment System and Points

8.1 Point System

Our Service operates on a point-based payment system. All charges for API usage, services, or features must be paid using points from your account balance. Points have a fixed exchange rate:

• 1 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) = 1 Point
• All prices and charges are displayed in points
• Points are credited to your account balance upon successful top-up

8.2 Top-Up and Purchase

To obtain points, you must purchase them using IDR through our top-up system:

• Top-ups are processed through our payment gateway partner (Midtrans)
• Minimum top-up amount is 10,000 IDR (equivalent to 10,000 points)
• Top-ups must be made using valid payment methods accepted by our payment gateway
• Points are credited to your account balance only after successful payment settlement
• We reserve the right to set maximum top-up limits or suspend top-up functionality at any time

8.3 No Refunds

By purchasing points, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All point purchases are non-refundable
• Points cannot be transferred to other accounts
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency
• Points have no monetary value outside of the Service
• Unused points do not expire, but they cannot be refunded under any circumstances
• We are not obligated to refund points for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Service discontinuation
  • Service unavailability or errors
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Accidental purchases

8.4 Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway partner. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Comply with the payment gateway's terms and conditions
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for point purchases
• Pay all applicable fees associated with payment processing

We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues arising from payment processing. Any disputes regarding payment processing must be directed to the payment gateway provider.

8.5 Account Balance

Your account balance shows the number of points available for use. You are responsible for monitoring your balance and ensuring sufficient points are available before making API requests or using paid features. We are not responsible for any service interruptions due to insufficient balance.

8.6 Pricing and Charges

We reserve the right to:

• Modify point prices for any services at any time
• Change the exchange rate between IDR and points (with notice to existing users)
• Implement new charges or fees payable in points
• Offer promotional pricing or discounts at our discretion

Price changes will be communicated through the Service, but we are not obligated to provide advance notice for all changes.

8.7 Per-Hit Pricing and Package Limits

Standard and Premium packages differ by monthly hit allowance only. Per-hit prices are the same on both packages and points are deducted only for successful requests. Current structure:

• Standard package includes 3.000 successful hits per month; Premium offers unlimited hits.
• Each successful request counts as one hit toward your monthly allowance.
• Per-hit point costs vary by product (e.g., some services carry a point charge per successful hit, while others are 0 points). See the pricing table in the dashboard/website for the latest per-product rates.
• When the Standard monthly hit allowance is exhausted, you must wait for renewal or upgrade to Premium. Per-hit point charges continue to apply where specified.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, APIs, documentation, content, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the Service provider or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Resell or commercially distribute the Service or any data obtained therefrom
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Create competing applications, services, or platforms using our data or intellectual property
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Service
• Extract, copy, or misappropriate our proprietary algorithms, business logic, or technical implementations

Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, distribution, or misappropriation of our intellectual property, including but not limited to data, algorithms, or technical implementations, may result in both civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws, trade secret laws, and criminal statutes.

10. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof
• Change data sources, update frequencies, or data formats
• Remove or restrict access to specific APIs or features
• Change pricing, terms, or service levels

We are not obligated to provide advance notice of such changes, though we may do so at our discretion. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of acceptable use policies
• Data theft, data misuse, or unauthorized data access
• Creation or operation of competing applications using our data
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized access to our systems
• Excessive usage or abuse of the Service
• Suspected criminal activity or violation of criminal laws
• At our sole discretion for any reason or no reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Criminal liability for data theft, misuse, or unauthorized access
• Civil liability for damages, losses, or violations of these Terms
• Obligations to cease using any data obtained from the Service
• Obligations to destroy or return any unauthorized copies of data or intellectual property

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or ceasing to use the Service. However, termination of your account does not affect our right to pursue legal remedies, including criminal prosecution, for any violations that occurred prior to termination.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service provider, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any decisions, actions, or losses resulting from your use of our data
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for:

• The content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on third-party sites
• The availability or reliability of third-party services
• Any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party services

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from such interactions.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may collect and process certain information about your use of the Service, including API usage statistics, for the purposes of improving the Service, ensuring compliance with these Terms, and for our business operations.

15. Sensitive Data Processing Services

15.1 Data Processor Status

For all sensitive data processing services (including CV extraction, KTP extraction, and similar document processing services), we act solely as a data processor, not as a data controller. You, as the user submitting the data, are the data controller and are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have proper legal basis and consent to process the personal data you submit
• Complying with all applicable data protection laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary consents from data subjects whose information you are processing
• Ensuring the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit for processing

We process the data you submit solely on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions for the purpose of providing the requested extraction or processing service. We do not control the purpose or means of the data processing.

15.2 No Data Storage or Logging

• Original documents or files (e.g., PDF files, images) submitted for processing
• Extracted personal data or structured data extracted from the documents
• Any logs or records containing personal information, document content, or extracted data
• Any intermediate processing data or temporary files created during processing
• Document metadata that could identify specific documents or individuals

All processing is performed in memory only, and all data (original files, extracted data, and any intermediate data) is automatically and permanently deleted immediately after the API response is returned. No data persists on our servers after processing is complete.

15.3 Automatic Deletion Policy

For sensitive data processing services:

• All submitted documents are automatically deleted immediately after processing
• All extracted data is deleted immediately after being returned in the API response
• All temporary files and processing artifacts are automatically deleted
• No backup copies, archive copies, or recovery copies are created
• Deletion is permanent and irreversible - we cannot recover or access deleted data

You are solely responsible for storing, retaining, and managing any extracted data you receive in API responses. Once you receive the API response, the data is your responsibility as the data controller.

15.4 Processing Statistics Only

The only information we retain for sensitive data processing services is aggregate, anonymized usage statistics that do not contain any personal data or document content, such as:

• Total number of API requests processed (count only)
• Processing success/failure rates (anonymized, aggregate statistics)
• General performance metrics (processing time, system load, etc.)
• User account information (for billing and account management only)

These statistics cannot be used to identify specific documents, individuals, or extracted data.

15.5 Data Security

While we process your data, we implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
• Secure, isolated processing environments
• Automatic deletion immediately after processing
• No persistent storage of sensitive data

However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission or processing over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15.6 Third-Party AI Processing Services

For certain sensitive data processing services (including but not limited to CV extraction and similar AI-powered document processing services), we utilize third-party AI processing services, including but not limited to OpenAI, to perform data extraction and processing tasks.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Data submitted for processing may be temporarily transmitted to third-party AI processing services (such as OpenAI) solely for the purpose of processing and extraction
• Third-party AI processing services process data on a transient basis only—data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after processing is complete
• No data is stored on our servers, and no data is stored on third-party AI processing service servers
• Third-party AI processing services do not retain, log, or store any submitted documents, extracted data, or processing artifacts
• All data transmission to third-party AI processing services is encrypted and secured
• Third-party AI processing services act as sub-processors solely for transient processing purposes

We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that third-party AI processing services comply with appropriate data protection and security standards, but we are not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of third-party AI processing service providers.

15.7 Your Responsibilities

As the data controller, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have legal basis and consent to process the personal data you submit
• Complying with all applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, Indonesian Data Protection Law)
• Implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data in your systems
• Responding to data subject requests (access, deletion, rectification, etc.) regarding their personal data
• Notifying relevant authorities of data breaches if required by law
• Not submitting data for which you do not have proper authorization or consent

15.8 Limitation of Liability for Sensitive Data

Given that we act solely as a data processor and do not store or log any sensitive data:

• We are not responsible for any data subject requests regarding data processed through our service, as we do not retain such data
• We are not responsible for data breaches or unauthorized access to data stored in your systems
• We are not responsible for your compliance with data protection laws as the data controller
• We disclaim all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of sensitive data processing services, including but not limited to:
  • Lack of proper consent or legal basis for processing
  • Violations of data protection laws
  • Data subject complaints or legal actions
  • Regulatory fines or penalties

15.9 Applicability

This section applies to all current and future APIs and services that process sensitive personal data, including but not limited to:

• CV/Resume Extraction API
• KTP (Identity Document) Extraction API
• Any other document processing services that extract personal information
• Any similar sensitive data processing services we may introduce in the future

This section does not apply to general-purpose APIs that do not process sensitive personal data (e.g., exchange rate APIs, holiday calendar APIs, regional data APIs).

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

16.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

17.5 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17.6 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to earthquake, fire, flood, act of God, act of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, internet failure, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
